As a trainer people often ask me what I feel the best workout is for their bodies. If I look at the technical side of things swimming, Burpee's, bodyweight exercises are great ways for you to get in shape. However, if you don't have access to a pool, Burpee's are not your thing, or you don't know how to use your own body to work out, these things are not really appropriate for you. In the end, you have to ask yourself these questions: What do I like? What interests me? and What do I want to achieve with my body? When you figure out what it is that you like it's easier for you to find a workout that you maintain. So it's not about what the best workout is, it's about what the best workout is for you. So if you like to dance team, try Zumba, if you like Olympic lifting, you may try that; but the main thing is that if you like your workout you're more likely to stick to it. If you like your workout, you want to do it, if you want to do it, you look forward to it, if you look forward to it, you'll make it, when you make it, you see results, and when you see results, you keep going! What changes your body changes your life.
